South African Airways is in the process of reviewing all ticket refund requests for cancelled or suspended flights that have been received from customers since March 19, 2020.
Due to the volume of refund requests received, our Refunds Department is working relentlessly to handle these requests in a timely manner. Any new ticket refund submission for cancelled or suspended SAA operated flights since March 19, 2020 can be emailed to our Refunds Department on FLLRefunds@flysaa.com.
