Flight Booking Management

It is a good idea to be well prepared before you travel. Our Booking Management tool allows you to pay for your booking (where available), review your travel itinerary, make or change requests and add specific services. 

Please contact the Voyager Call Centre for all Voyager booking changes.

Identification number information

You can use one of the following items to identify your booking:

  • Booking reference
  • Electronic Ticket Number
  • South African Frequent Flyer Number
Booking reference number information

The Booking Reference is a six letters -and-figures code you can find in the booking confirmation email or printed on the ticket.

Check-in with Voyager Number

Manage My Booking is an online self-service facility which allows you to:

  1. Pay for a reservation

  2. View, change or cancel a booking

  3. Update contact details

  4. Select seats

  5. Add additional baggage

  6. Bid for an upgrade

  7. Request a tax invoice

  8. Add frequent flyer number

Travel agent bookings

For passengers who have booked through a travel agent, please enter the SAA booking reference number. Your travel agent should be able to provide you with an SAA booking reference number. Please note, you will need to contact your agent to pay for your booking, change or cancel your booking and request a tax invoice.
