SAA regrets to advise customers that we are experiencing an intermittent technical outage at our Customer Experience Centre/Contact Centre. Customers contacting us for new bookings, changes, or ancillary purchases would experience a longer hold time. Our teams are working on resolving the problem in the shortest possible time.

Where possible, customers are encouraged to use our digtal channels for bookings and servicing.
