The integration of 3D Secure into on our online sales channel aims to protect you and SAA from credit card fraud.

When making a reservation, follow the quick and easy steps below.
Step 1
Make a reservation on www.flysaa.com
Step 2
Insert your credit card information accurately on our secure payment page and click pay now
Step 3
You would be redirected to your banks secure site to complete the authentication process
Step 4
Once successfully authenticated, your bank would authorise South African Airways to issue your airline ticket/s
Step 5
You would receive a Confirmation of booking email and once your tickets have been issued we would send this to you on a second email.
If you have not received your electronic tickets within 12 hours of completing your reservation, please contact any of our offices.
