Flights to Abidjan
South African Airways is proud to announce the launch of flights to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, its 12th destination.
The route will operate via Accra using an Airbus A330-300 with lie-flat business class seats.
Flights will operate three times a week, departing from Johannesburg on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 11h00 and arriving in Abidjan at 17h00 on the same day, inclusive of a 55-minute stopover in Accra.
Bookings are now open with the first flight from Johannesburg scheduled for November 14.
South African Airways offers the convenience of direct flights to Abidjan. The vast city is the economic capital of the Côte d'Ivoire. The city is a beautiful and mystifying mix of luxury and modesty thanks to rapid and continued industrialisation and urbanisation.

Félix-Houphouët-Boigny International Airport is located roughly 16km from the urban centre. The hub is served by various transport options including taxis and metered cabs. Car hire and shuttle facilities are also available at the airport.
