CAR RENTAL PARTNERS

  • The individual Car rental Partner determines rates eligible for Mileage credit and number of Miles to be earned.
  • Certain rates are not eligible for Mileage credit e.g. promotion, special, corporate and industrial rates etc, please check with individual Partner.
  • Miles are earned per rental and no Miles are earned for additional cars paid for at the same time, irrespective of the number of Voyager Members using the car.
  • Quote your Voyager number when making the reservation and reconfirm when collecting the vehicle.
  • Keep all transaction invoices until Miles reflect on your Mileage summary.
  • Car rental Partners do not credit Miles older than 6 months.
  • Please allow 45 days for Partner activity to reflect on your Mileage summary.


FINANCIAL PARTNERS

  • The individual Financial Partner determines transactions eligible for Mileage credit and number of Miles to be earned.
  • Certain transactions are not eligible for Mileage credit, please confirm with individual Financial Partner.

CRUISES INTERNATIONAL

  • Voyager Members will only accrue Miles after completing the journey/cruise - meaning if a cruise is booked and paid for, a member will not earn Miles, but Miles will only be allocated after a member has completed their journey/cruise
  • Voyager members will also earn Miles on cash portions when members purchase cruises with a combination of cash and Miles
  • Voyager member will have to quote their Voyager membership number at time of booking with Cruises International
  • All cruise bookings to be done directly with Cruises International through their call centre on 011 327-0327 or online at www.cruises.co.za


STANDARD BANK UCOUNT REWARDS

  • Voyager Members will only accrue Miles after the use of any of the Standard Bank cards
  • Conversion rate: 1 Rewards Point = 1 SAA Voyager Mile
  • Every time the Standard Bank UCount rewards member uses his/her Standard Bank personal debit, cheque or credit card, he /she will collect rewards points


HOTEL PARTNERS

  • The individual Hotel Partner determines rates eligible for Mileage credit and number of Miles to be earned.
  • Certain rates are not eligible for Mileage credit e.g. promotion, special, corporate and industrial rates etc, please check with individual Partner.
  • Miles are earned per stay and no Miles are earned for additional rooms paid for at the same time, irrespective of the number of Voyager Members using the room.

RETAIL AND PROPERTY PARTNERS

Seeff Properties

  • Seeff Properties determines transactions eligible for Mileage credit and number of Miles to be earned.
  • Miles are awarded to sellers and buyers on qualifying transactions.
  • When you sell your property exclusively through Seeff on a Sole Mandate, you will earn 1 Voyager Mile for every R100 of the sales price and 1 Mile for every R200 of the sales price if the Buyer is introduced by a company other than Seeff properties.
  • Quote your Voyager membership number when doing the property transaction.
  • Visit www.seeff.com to link the transaction to your Voyager membership number.
  • Keep all transaction records until Miles reflect on your Mileage summary.

  • The individual Retail Partner determines transaction eligible for Mileage credit and number of Miles to be earned.
