Manage My Booking is an online self-service facility which allows you to:

  1. View, change or cancel a booking
  2. Update contact details
  3. Select chargeable seats
  4. Purchase additional baggage
  5. Bid for an upgrade
  6. Add frequent flyer number

Travel Agent Bookings

For passengers who have booked through a travel agent, please enter the SAA booking reference number. Your travel agent should be able to provide you with an SAA booking reference number. Please note, you will need to contact your agent to pay for your booking, change or cancel your booking and request a tax invoice.
