To Our Valued Customers

After months of planning and hard work SAA is ready to resume flying and we’ll be wheels-up on the 23rd of September 2021.

It’s both an exciting and challenging time for what is ostensibly a brand-new airline. The watchwords among all our staff are safety, attention, care, and caution. To this end, as we resume our passenger and cargo services our strategy is one of a measured return to destinations where we can best provide seats and value to meet expected customer demand.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic means SAA won’t return to all of our previous routes immediately. We will continually monitor developments in the aviation sector by analysing data and insights to help rebuild our full flight schedule to the right places at the right time.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we start this journey of recovery. Our moderated course of action has one clear objective and that is to bring SAA to full operational service in the quickest and most cost effective and sustainable manner.

We look forward to welcoming you on board soon.

Kind Regards

Thomas Kgokolo

Interim Chief Executive Officer
