Dear Valued Customers

South African Airways (SAA) has been made aware of a scamming syndicate targeting customers travelling to Kinshasa from OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg.

The Institute of National Research Bio-medical’s (INRB) Covid-19 Traveller’s registration form is a mandatory requirement and may be completed by accessing this link: https://inrbcovid.com/index.php/user/home_en

This will generate a QR code, which must be presented upon arrival in Kinshasa. This does not apply to travellers younger than 11 years or to travellers with a fully vaccinated COVID-19 certificate valid at least 14 days before departure.

A required payment of $45 (USD) is only payable upon arrival in Kinshasa.

Customers are cautioned and should not make any payment to individuals at OR Tambo International Airport. These individuals neither represent SAA nor the Kinshasa Airport Officials.

SAA requests that customers should exercise caution at all times.

Yours sincerely

South African Airways
