

SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SYMPOSIUM SA 2024
The third Sustainable Infrastructure Development Symposium of South Africa (SIDSSA), hosted by Infrastructure South Africa under the leadership of H.E President Cyril Ramaphosa as the Chair of the Presidential Infrastructure Coordinating Council and stewardship of Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Mr Sihle Zikalala will take place between 17-19 March 2024, providing a platform for industry experts, government officials, and investors to come together and discuss the state of infrastructure development in South Africa.
During the symposium, attendees can expect updates on the gazetted Strategic Integrated Projects, unveiling of projects receiving Project Preparation Funding from the ISA, and insights into the progress of the Infrastructure Fund Pipeline. Additionally, new international partnerships and collaborations within and outside the continent will be announced, as well as a focus on nascent sectors and growing infrastructure investment initiatives. Thought leadership work and contributions to the infrastructure discourse in the country will also be highlighted, alongside efforts to replenish the infrastructure pipeline with projects in digital infrastructure, energy, water and sanitation, transport and logistics, agriculture, and human settlements. The symposium also showcase ISA’s support to provinces and municipalities in moving projects forward.
