Refunds
Refund applications can be made for any tickets purchased directly with South African Airways. Please submit new refund applications or to follow-up on exisitng applications here
For tickets purchased through a Travel Agent or Online Travel Agent, kindly contact the Travel Agent for refund applications.The Travel Agent would then electronically submit the refund application to South African Airways on behalf of the customer. Once the application is received from the Travel Agent, the refund process would be completed within 60 working days. Any further refund enquiries must be directed to the Travel Agent.
