Termination of ELAL partnership

SAA Voyager would like to advise our members that the frequent flyer partnership with ELAL will come to an end on 30 June 2017.

Kindly note that earning of Miles are permitted for flights flown up to 29 June 2017, and missing Miles can be claimed for flights flown prior to this date for a period of 12 months.

Redeeming of Miles is permitted until 29 June 2017, tickets must be issued against pre-withdrawn Awards by 29 December 2017. Issued tickets will be honoured for a period of 1 year from date of issue.

Carriage of dangerous goods

For safety reasons, dangerous articles must not be packed in checked or carry-on baggage. Prohibited articles include but are not limited to:

E-Cigarettes and spare lithium batteries

The use of electronic, simulated smoking materials including cigarettes, pipes and cigars, is prohibited on all SAA flights. However, they are permitted in your cabin baggage for all SAA or SAA connecting flights.

Mileage accrual for N/class fares on United Airlines

Kindly note from 1 June 2017, Miles earned on United Airlines basic Economy Class product (N/class), will not count towards your tier status.
