operations to Abuja in Nigeria effective 26 January 2016.
Direct flights to Abuja have been introduced as per
the schedule below;

departing Johannesburg on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 23:55 arriving
in Abuja at 4:45
SA089
departing Abuja on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 08:40 arriving
in Johannesburg at 15:35
SAA Voyager members are able to earn and redeem Voyager Miles for Abuja
flights.

Effective
1 February 2016, SAA Voyager Members are able to earn Voyager
Miles with the Marriott International.

earn Miles per US Dollar spent based on the type of property booked.

properties worldwide In April 2014, Marriott concluded
the Protea Hotel

Voyager Miles expire on 31 March 2016. Should
you have Miles due to expire on this date, please redeem
Awards before your Miles expire. Kindly
ensure that the information captured when issuing Awards is

namely World Wide Fund; Reach For A Dream Foundation and Wings and
Wishes. A minimum of 5 000 Miles can be donated.

ensure that your Voyager number is inserted during the booking process
when making Voyager Airline Partner bookings. This will ensure that
Miles are tracked automatically.

SAA Upgrade Awards are not permitted when using Dynamic redemptions.
These Awards are issued per flight sector. Eligible revenue booking
classes for SAA Upgrade Awards are Y, M, B and K class.

Star
Alliance Upgrade Awards are valid on Star Alliance operating carriers
only. The upgraded class used to upgrade from economy to business
is I-class. The Star Alliance Upgrade Award redemption is based per
flight sector. Miles earned for travel using an upgrade Award will be
based on the original booking class purchased and not on the upgraded
class. Upgrades are subject to eligible classes specified by each Star
member airline. Star Alliance Upgrades Awards can only be redeemed
online. The
Star Alliance Upgrade Award link can be found under “issue a Star
Alliance
award” on the SAA Voyager website.
