Humanitarian Day – The 19th of August is World
Humanitarian Day. It's a day for all of us to come together and
recognise those who've lost their lives while working for humanitarian

Voyager has launched a partnership with a hotel booking engine,
Rocketmiles, effective 1 August 2015. Rocketmiles, a pioneering hotel
booking engine, will provide added incentives for travellers. SAA
Voyager members can now start collecting Miles from a minimum of 500 to
a maximum of 5 000 per night.

Brazil operates passenger services to 25 destinations, with its main

wish to remind you of the process you need to follow when claiming
missing SAA and Star Alliance partner Miles on our self-service
functionality available online.
|

STEPS
TO CLAIM MISSING MILES ONLINE:
|
| |
1.
Go to www.flysaa.com;
2. On the right hand side, enter your Voyager number;
3. Enter your Voyager PIN;
4. Click on 'login'. You will be redirected to the SAA Voyager web page;
5. Select 'Claim missing Miles' then 'Add a Flight'; and
6. Fill in the flight details as per your e-ticket or boarding pass. |

However,
when inserting your SAA ticket number, the sequence should be entered
from 083. The preceding number before 083
should not be entered as this will invalidate your mileage claim. For
example, if the boarding pass shows 10834333854953, then
the correct number to enter is: 0834333854953
|

the outside with a colourful ribbon and by using a name tag.

DELAYED
AND DAMAGED BAGGAGE CLAIMS PROCEDURE

If
your SAA baggage should become lost or damaged, please report the
incident immediately, or within seven days, at the South African
Airways Lost Property office, where you'll receive a unique reference
number. South African Airways and Star Alliance airlines use the World
Tracer system to trace your baggage.
A claim form needs to be completed for damaged baggage and submitted to
the Passenger Claims office. It takes up to 21 working days to finalise
damaged baggage claims.
For delayed luggage, you will be informed once your luggage is received
and arrangements for a convenient time for delivery or collection will
be made.
Please note: South
African Airways is not liable for the loss of valuable items
in checked luggage including money, but not limited to, passports or
visas, computer equipment, electronic devices, cellphones, fragile
items, business documents and jewellery.
