WWF competition terms & conditions
1.1 All permanent residents of South Africa may enter.
1.2 Directors, members, partners, agents, consultants, tenants or employees of WWF-SA, SAA, Isibindi Africa Lodges, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
1.3 This competition will not be open to persons under the age of 18.
2.1 The competition runs from the 1ST December 2014 to the 28th February 2015
3. The Prize
3.1 The Prize is a stay at the Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge, is the only private lodge within the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park (Africa’s oldest proclaimed game reserve). The prize includes 2 (two) consecutive nights’ accommodation for 2 (two) people valued at R10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) sponsored by Isibindi Africa Lodges.
3.2 The Prize includes the cost of accommodation, national flights for two people to the lodge, all meals, teas, coffees and certain guided activities. The prize excludes all park fees, transfer costs, motorised boat trip & day trip to Kosi Bay mouth, drinks, gratuities or personal expenses etc. that may be associated with the Prize. The excluded costs are for the cost of the Winner.
3.3 Please note that Prize is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of the notification email to the Winner awarding the Prize.
3.4 The Prize cannot be redeemed over public/school holidays and bookings are subject to availability and the Isibindi Africa Lodges Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.isibindiafrica.co.za. Bookings can be confirmed 2(two) weeks prior to travel only.
3.5 In the event that the Prize specified in the Competition becomes unavailable for any reason, WWF-SA may substitute a Prize of like or equal value.
4.1 An entry is created when an entrant donates Voyager Miles to WWF-SA.
4.2 WWF-SA accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete registration details that entrants may supply as part of the registration.
4.3 WWF-SA takes no responsibility for any inability of an entrant to enter, complete, continue or conclude the competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection or otherwise.
4.4 By entering this competition the entrant accepts the full terms, conditions and rules of this competition and agrees to abide by these rules and any requirements and/or proceedings issued by WWF-SA in regard to the competition.
4.5 By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they wish to receive future communication from WWF-SA unless they have elected to opt out of receiving communications.
5. The Winner
5.1 The Prize will be awarded to the first entrant drawn at random (witnessed by an independent auditor), by WWF-SA, and the Winner will be notified by WWF-SA via email within one month of the Prize draw. If the email address provided by the entrant is not valid, he/she will forfeit the Prize, and another winner will be selected.
5.2 The draw will be audited by an independent auditor selected by WWF-SA.
5.3 The Winner accepts the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies WWF-SA in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent allowed by law.
5.4 The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.5 The Prize is exclusively for the Winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or another Prize, and must be accepted within one month of winning the Prize or he/she will forfeit the Prize.
5.6 The Winner may be requested to be photographed and interviewed by the promoters and have their names published in promoter correspondence.
5.7 Where attempts to contact the Winner fail, the Judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the Prize is not collected within one month of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.
6. The Promoter
6.1 WWF-SA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry and to refuse any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with any process in redeeming the Prize.
6.2 WWF-SA may refuse the redemption of any Prize in the event of any irregularities or fraudulent activities.
