Sit back and enjoy the Maple Leaf departure lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 and our dedicated SAA departure lounge in Johannesburg. Surrounded by calm and comfort, you’ll feel relaxed and ready for your trip.
Freshen up and prepare for the day ahead in our comfortable, well-equipped arrivals lounges at Heathrow and Johannesburg where you can shower, have your suit pressed and enjoy breakfast before your meeting.
Conveniently located just after customs, the ORTIA Arrivals Lounge in Johannesburg is open from 05:00 – 13:00 and offers our Business Class customers a chance to refresh after their journey. A self service food and beverage area is available, as well as internet access and an enclosed smokers lounge.
Online check in
Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure. Save time at the airport by checking in online or through our new mobile app – simply download the app from App Store or Google Play and enter your booking information. You can also select your seat and email your boarding pass to your phone when flying from London Heathrow or from a number of airports in Southern Africa.
 
A generous baggage allowance
Benefit from a generous two piece baggage allowance (up to 32kg per bag) and an additional free piece of sporting equipment (up to 20kg) with dedicated check-in and priority baggage handling at the airport.
