If for any reason your Miles were not credited to your account, a claim can be made via the service centre provided the following documentation is submitted:
- Original boarding passes – for all partner airline transactions
- Copies of airline e-tickets and/or flight itinerary
- Car hire and hotel invoices/documentation
Miles earned can only be credited for a period of six months from the date of transaction.
