South African Airways (SAA) has added flights and increased its capacity on the route between Johannesburg and Mumbai, India.
This comes as a result of an increase in demand for seats from spectators of the Indian Premium League (IPL) cricket championship currently being held in South Africa.
In addition to its normal schedule, which includes four flights per week on the route, an additional flight will be added on Friday, 22 May and Sunday, 25 May.

These flights will be operated with SAA's Airbus A340-200.
SAA will increase capacity on several existing flights by using a larger aircraft on these routes, namely an A340-600. These are SA284 on Thursday, 21 May and Monday, 26 May and their respective return flights, SA285 the following day (22 and 27 May).
