Johannesburg, 27 January 2011: South African Airways (SAA) announces an increase in the fuel surcharges ranging between USD5 and USD30 per leg/sector and applies to tickets issued on/after 27 January 2011 on most of SAA’s routes in both Economy and Business class cabins. In SAA’s domestic market, the surcharge increases by USD 5 per sector and in some of the international routes, the surcharge increases by up to USD 30.
