- No Name changes allowed after ticketing
- Rerouting permitted, subject to fare re-calculation

- Tickets must be paid for 48 hours after creating the booking
- Changes allowed at a fee of USDD200. If the applicable booking class is not available, upgrade to the next higher fare and pay the applicable rebooking fee
- Cancellation
- Before departure : 25% for cancellation/ no-show/ refund
- After departure: After departure: the ticket is non- refundable
- Fares are subject to availability at the time of making the reservation
- Maximum stay - no later than 12 months from departure date
