The South African Airways Travelpro® Premium Business Class Promotion will begin on Monday, January 18, 2016, and end when each of the 100 available (Luggage Set) have been claimed, or at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, January 31, 2016, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).
HOW IT WORKS: During the Promotion Period, up to the first one hundred (100) eligible Participants must:; a) purchase a South African Airways Premium Business Class Ticket** via Flysaa.com/us or by calling 1.800.722.9675, for flights during the promotion period (“Qualifying Purchase”); and c) follow the on-screen instructions to (i) verify the Qualifying Purchase, confirm having read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) submit the verification form as directed on www.flysaaspecials.com/promotions/TravelPro Upon submission of the verification form, validation of eligibility, and confirmation of the Qualifying Purchase, eligible Participants will receive an email within 5 business days of confirmation of the order for their Luggage Set.

The Luggage Set will only be available while supplies last, and cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or traded for any reason. The Promotion is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Luggage Set provider is not responsible for the administration and execution of the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the Immediate Family Members and/or Household Members thereof are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For purposes of the Promotion "Household Members" mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year and; "Immediate Family Members" mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who attempts to participate fraudulently, and reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent participants to the fullest extent of the law.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the Promotion at any time and, in such event, will post a notice on the Websites.
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Luggage Set furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EACH LUGGAGE SET IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Luggage Set with an incentive of equal or greater value if the offered Luggage Set become unavailable for any reason other than being claimed by a Participant. Any unclaimed Luggage Set will not be Luggage Set, and notice will be posted on the Websites when there are no longer any available.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion, including without limitation, any alleged violation of these Terms & Conditions, any controversy relating to the arbitrability of any dispute, or any claim that the Promotion, or any part thereof, is invalid, illegal or otherwise voidable (or void), shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration to be held solely in the City of New York, State of New York under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and pursuant to its Commercial Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. Judgment upon the arbitration Luggage Set may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This arbitration provision shall be deemed to be self-executing, and in the event that either party fails to appear at any properly noticed arbitration proceeding, and Luggage Set may be entered against such party notwithstanding said failure to appear. In no event shall a Participant seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of this Promotion.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Promotion, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
Participant understands that information is being collected by Sponsor. The information provided to Sponsor will only be used by Sponsor as provided in Sponsor’s privacy policy. See Sponsor’s privacy policy at Flysaa.com for details regarding use of the personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant grants Sponsor permission to share the Participant’s email address and any other personally identifiable information with the corresponding Promotion Entities solely for the purpose of administration and fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information to any third party other than the corresponding Promotion Entities as described herein.
